Jake – Owner / Lead Photographer / Drone Pilot
Born and raised in Hubbard Lake, Michigan, Jake has always had a passion for capturing the world through a creative lens. After graduating from Alpena High School in 2015, he pursued Graphic Design and Photography at Alpena Community College, building a strong foundation in both artistic vision and technical skill. Today, he is a trained photographer and licensed drone pilot, dedicated to helping clients showcase properties with stunning visuals.
Outside of work, Jake enjoys playing guitar, camping, farming, hiking, and fishing. Most importantly, he values time spent with his family, which inspires the personal and authentic approach he brings to every project.
Lady – Chief Financial Officer
Lady is a 6-year-old Tricolor Llewellin Setter with a passion for bird hunting, long runs on the beach (usually running away), and, of course, food theft. When all that energy is spent, she enjoys being a couch potato.
In 2025, Lady was appointed Chief Financial Officer to “run” our finances. Since then, she has embezzled over $10,000 from the company to spend on Kraft cheese slices and is currently on the run from the law. If you see Lady, please contact the police—or call us directly
Loki – Head of Security
Loki is a 3-year-old German Shepherd/Australian Shepherd mix with a big heart and an even bigger sense of duty. He was rescued in 2022—after nearly being hit by Jake’s work truck— along with three of his siblings from poor living conditions.
Appointed Head of Security in 2025, Loki has successfully defended our business from intruders including mail carriers, UPS, FedEx, squirrels, and even white-tailed deer. While he has cost the company thousands in lost packages, his dedication and loyalty more than make up for it.
